You all know how much I love my girls, K Belle and La Petite Belle.
They are so alike and so different.
One thing they both love is dance.
La Petite Belle is the more athletic and coordinated child. She’s the bomb on the soccer field and has got major rhythm in the studio. This girl can shake her booty like nobody’s business, despite the fact that her momma tells her not to because good girls don’t dance like that, and should you really shake your booty to praise music? Not sure if that’s what was meant by “let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” Well, her booty doesn’t really have breath, but it can let out some air quite often. But, I digress …
Last night was Parent Watch Night at her dance studio. All I had was my crappy cell phone to record with, but I did record nonetheless.
Despite her bootyliciousness, there is a point in this where she actually resembles a rather famous, more spastic dance.

Oh…I haven’t really truly laughed out loud at a blog post in a long time – this one did it for me! Your daughter is sweet and beautiful and brave and wonderful…but when I saw her do the little head side jerk thing…I just died! 🙂 That Elaine dancing episode is one of my all time favorites – thanks so much for the laugh 🙂
