I know, I know … I could kick myself. Our ladies’ fitness classes start up on Tuesday and I teach every Tuesday class. I haven’t really been working out AT ALL, at least not like I should have been. I was determined to get in major shape this summer so that when I went back to teaching the classes, I would have a super fit bod. I did run a few times a week, but to no avail, I’m still not rockin’ the flat stomach I so desire. So, I’ve spent the last couple of hours putting together my circuit training class. And tomorrow night I will be working out like a crazy woman, so that I can physically and understandably talk and jump around at the same time.
I could have taken some hints from these ladies.

                                

Seriously? Maybe I’ll just stick with my own routine.
