Yeah … it’s Monday.
And, what’s better on Monday than random bullet points. Not much that I know of.
1. New Do.
It just keeps getting shorter and shorter.
We took a few family pics yesterday outside in our yard. I’ll post some tomorrow so you can really get a good look at the hair … because I’m sure you care and it will be the highlight of your day.
2. Laundry … no explanation needed.
3. It’s the little things in life that please me. I know this because I am so happy to have these in my house.
Actually, I have the pumpkin spice and the egg nog, but will pick up the peppermint mocha when I get to the store. Mmmmm.4. Speaking of egg nog … I love it! But, so many others don’t. Why do people have such strong opinions of egg nog? Either they detest it or love it. Maybe it’s the raw eggs. Borden makes the best, but the thought of making my own or drinking it homemade makes me want to hurl. Weird.
5. I had decided I was going to stop watching “Grey’s Anatomy,” and really haven’t seen it for two weeks. I was not pleased with the writing and could not handle the homosexual relationship that had been written into the show. But, guess what, the relationship suddenly ended and the chick is off the show. So, maybe I’ll resume my watching. It’s good, but it ain’t “The Office.”
6. I think there is a conspiracy to make me fat. It seems like every time I turn around, someone is offering me food … good food, or bringing me one of my favorite candies (four boxes to be exact … movie-size boxes of SnoCaps … Love you, Jane … FYI: she’s skinny). I’ve got to get a handle on my eating and exercise. I’ve been lazy and have probably gained at least 5 pounds or more. I WILL RUN TODAY!!
7. Roxy Belle has a good life. She awakened from a long night of sleeping, just to go outside to relieve herself, eat her breakfast, and now she’s asleep on her chair again. What a life. Later she may run around the house with her squeaky hamburger chew toy. Then, she’ll be exhausted.
8. I’m very excited about going to market next week in New Orleans. It’s this huge shopping experience specifically for business owners. Wholesale prices, people! Cheap, cheap, cheap! I’m going as a guest of a friend who is a business-owner. (Rachel, I’ll be in New Orleans next week, but only for the day.)
9. It’s actually cold this morning … 36 degrees. Don’t you dare laugh, Northerners. Let me enjoy my winter day. Although, it will probably be in the 70s this afternoon. Bummer.
10. DARE TO WEAR only 14 days away. Keep your eyes open for that one item you will post about! If you haven’t already done so, grab that button, please, and talk it up.

Your hair is really cute and I look forward to a better look at it. I have just been going through that BIG decision making process of – do I let it grow or cut it short again?? 🙂 Dave always says I can do whatever I want (of course, I mean it’s MY hair)BUT I know he prefers it longer. I’m still on the fence. 🙂 Such an imprtant thing to contemplate y’know. 🙂

OK, I agree with you on the weather. It’s about the same here in SC right now, but will be too warm by afternoon.
Gray’s Anatomy was upsetting me too, but I recorded it so I could get through the “other” stuff and was so glad to find she is gone. But did you see SNL? The first half was all “that kind of stuff” and we just turned it off.
What is up with TV people??????

I “like” eggnog. As in I like a 2oz shot of it to kick off the holiday season, usually around 8PM Thanksgiving evening someone busts it out. I’m good for a shot and that is it.
Piper Dog has a hambuger squeaker too, and loves all things squeaky. The cat should propbebly stop her mewing if she doesn’t want to get bit!
BUM da da BUm! I found my Dare to wear thingy. No it’s not a dress. But something else I realized I don’t even own. And a funky-ish top and some fresh bling…I’m happt to have found SOMETHING, or I totally would have felt like a loser.

I hear you on the treats, I was at walgreens lastnight…what is with all the new chocolate treaties? And I found these “frozen lip pops” and Mike and Ike fruit spray. Weird, but of course I bought it! Stocking stuffers.
Ooh, what day??? We should TOTALLY get together for lunch if you are free! I’m assuming the show is in the convention center? I would LOVE to go to market; I’ve only been once and it was back in college as a guest of someone. Think your friend could get me in too? 😉

1.What day are you going to market? I’m going too, just not sure which day. Monday is my B-Day so I thought about going then. But I might go Saturday. Maybe we can meet up…Maybe Rachel will wanna to. Just something to think about.
2.SO AGREE ON THE GREY’S ANATOMY thing. I still have been DVRing it…but just had to fast forward through practically the ENTIRE episode every.single.week. BUT – I read on the net that they were axing Erica Hahn’s character. SO EXCITED!! It was more than I could handle…that whole homo-sexual thing.
3.The fat-making conspiracy. So hear ya. This week – I have decided that I am eating ONLY fruits and veggies. And drinking water. NO COFFEE! NO COKE! NO REAL FOOD. Let’s see how long I can last. 🙂 AND – yes – must run tonight. I have totally fallen off the wagon!

Mmmmm…I have Pumpkin Spice in my fridge too. Love it! I posted something about Dare To Wear again today, but I think people are being chicken. There certainly is no shortage of suggestions when it comes to my wearing something ridiculous. Funny how that is.
Love the new do. May try that for my D2W… no really! I’m not very adventurous in the hair department.
It is 65 in Denver, just for temperature reference. Weather is so strange.

Ohhh, I totally love the coffee mate winter collection. My fav is the peppermint though. After Christmas I usually buy a few bottles, like a squirrel storing up acorns!
