Beau says I say “I need …” way too much.
I say, “I need a new scarf.”
I say, “I need a new purse.”
I say, “I need a pair of leopard-print heels.”
He says, “Huh? You don’t NEED a new scarf. You don’t NEED a new purse. You don’t NEED a pair of leopard-print heels.”
I say, “Yes, I do.”
He says, “You NEED food and shelter.”
I say, “Whatever.”
OK, OK … let’s not get technical here.
I WANT these things.
They make me feel good.
Once I buy them, I am happy.
When I am happy, Beau is happy.
We then live in harmony and continue on in our peaceful existence.
Thus, I NEED them.
On another note …
Please look at the following two haircuts and give me some hair advice. It’s only been a whole four weeks since my last cut and I’m already getting antsy.
This one’s similar to what I have, but a little shorter.
I like the ends on this one, not the color.
Whatcha think?
You Do need those things. You marriage needs those things! I love the second haircut. Go bold. I did and I am loving it. It has made me more bold in other areas of my life too. You can get away with alot when you have purple hair. People have already judged you and moved on!
I like the second cut!!
I say I need all the time too…maybe its a girl thing 🙂
Happy haircutting!
Took the words right out of my mouth.
Both cuts are sooo cute! I say go bold…..because I so admire the brave who take a risk and look fabulous.
I kid you not – I brought that first picture in with me when I got my hair cut on Tuesday. :)Both cuts are very similar – and quite fab!
I have found that the style I wanted to attain was about 50% cut and 50% product. 🙂 I love the piecey chunky look. I have started using CHI pliable polish and it works so great!!
I agree. I NEED a mocha every morning when Superman’s traveling, and I NEED a new spring dress, lol.
I love the haircuts, but I’m like you…I’m not crazy about the color of the second one.
I really like the whole choppy look, so my vote is for the second one. Is your hair naturally straight? Mine isn’t and that’s why I can’t do choppy well. My chops get lost in waves and stuff.
Anyway, both would be cute on you.

You absolutely do NEED those things – especially those shoes! I say try #1 and then if you like, the next time go for #2.
Go for the 2nd style.
As for NEEDING leopard-print heels… I think you’re pushing it. LOL! =)
Of course you NEED shoes and handbags! Men just don’t get! 😛
I like both – and I think you just found me my new ‘do – I’m going for the first one for me!
I WOULD say those heels definitely fall into the “need” category, but I don’t want Beau to come after me.
I like the top cut the best (I like the thicker bangs) but the ends on the bottom are definitely cute!
Yeah, me too “needing” stuff here. Although it’s mostly right now about the kids. Kohls brought out all the cute spring and summer clothes, which for us is another 4 months away, no joke. But they ARE going to NEED clothes, and I DO need a mixer, I can’t bake cake with not mixer!!!
ROb’s aunt had these leopard print Shabooties she paired with jeans and a dark lime green form fitting sweater and funky brown jewelry she looked HOT! Super cute. I asked about the sha booties and she said she got them in a catalog on clearence for $19. I say if you can find them cheap GO FOR IT! They be great for you! You hot Mama! I got NO advice for the haircut. You and Miss Sarah @ Parsonage ALWAYS have cute dos!!!
My vote is for haircut #1!
I got my hair cut on Tuesday and I feel so much better! I like the second picture. Cute & sassy kinda like you! 🙂
Oh – you make me want to cut my hair too!
I like the first cut.
You NEED to cut it and take pics so we all can see!
I like the first cut. The second one will demand more attention to maintain lookin’ that way.
Y’know, I find that there’s thing’s I really NEED when my husband’s around with a loaded credit card; and yet, when it’s just me on my lonesome in the shop, about to shell out MY money, sometimes the need just goes away!
Of course, I usually blow the same amount on something stupid for the kids on the way home!
i like the first cut. The second cut is cute, but it reminds me of the animated characters that my daughter draws. We’ve seen it on a lot of women in so cal,and it seems to look better on darker hair. But you know waht’s best for you, and I think you always look great in all of your photos.
Have fun getting beautiful!
I like the second one, not the color but the cut!!
I need a Coach purse, but hubby says it’s a want….but it is a need, I can feel it and it’s a NEED!!
Love #1.
BTW, I need/want/need/want very similar things that bring peace and harmony to the Shooter household too.
I get it.
I am with you.
I understand.
I attend a support group.
Wanna join?
Let me just assure you–leopard-print heels are a NEED. No doubt about it.
I like both looks–and I always think you have great hair, so you can’t go wrong either way.
I like haircut #1. If I looked good in short hair, (which I don’t) I would surely go for that haircut!
I guess I should introduce myself….I’m Debra and I just found your blog. I grew up in South East Texas right near the border of Louisiana. My grandaddy was cajun….oh how I’ve missed him over the years, since he passed away. I’ll never forget his accent! Anyway, I’m looking forward to reading more of your blog…..I’m already enjoying it. 🙂
#1, But I’m fond of that color, too.
