Have you heard of iridology? It’s where someone who studies naturopathic medicine and herbs looks at the iris of your eye and uses a chart to see “weaknesses” in your body. They then will recommend vitamins and herbs to help you in these areas of your body. Anyway, I had it done today for a second time and had the person look at Kylie’s eyes too (basically just to get her on some good vitamins and herbs to strengthen her immune system due to her eye condition). Everything I’ve read about this practice is negative. Does anyone else have any opinions about this? I’m interested in what others think about this … is it a crock or is there some legitimacy in it? Anyway, I did end up spending over $100 on supplements. Do you think that may have something to do with the whole practice – just doing it to sell supplements?
