Last night, the girls decided to put on one of their many shows for us. K Belle explained the policies of turning off all cell phones, no talking, no video-taping. She introduced the show as the story of Moses being performed through dance. K Belle was in charge of production … costume and set design (which included a fake tree, baby doll, basket, and blanket).

And here’s the princess now as she dances among the tree and water … the same child that watches “The Ten Commandments” on a weekly basis. Think she’s watching it a little too much?

And here’s where the real DRAMA occurs … Splinter in the foot! She proceeds to take it out with her teeth, to which I said, “Gross! Stop! … After I take this picture.” What is it about kids and splinters?

You’d swear we were killing her … just to get, what we thought was, a little splinter. Don’t think I’m a bad mom for taking these pictures. I was trying to show her how over-dramatic she is about stuff.

The Splinter … yeah, we couldn’t see anything either.

Biting down on Daddy’s hand while Mommy tries to get it out with tweezers. I just couldn’t see anything.

Well, the show must go on … even with the splinter.

Notice her right foot, where said splinter appears to be.

Imagine our horror when this is what we pulled out of her foot right before bed … only the longest splinter I’ve ever seen. So, I guess the DRAMA was real. That’s when you have to go over the old “Boy Who Cried Wolf” story.

OK, so she’s a great actress AND a truth-teller. Well, at least we know where she gets the acting and dancing abilities from. Check out these smooth moves …
Forget it, ladies … he’s mine! This was a video for a Father’s Day message four years ago. Beau wanted me to let you know that he is one of the funniest people on the planet. Hmm. And he’s modest too.
