I love leggings! On other people’s cute bodies. I’m not saying I’m huge or anything, I’m just afraid that as stretchy as they are my butt might be too big to contain 🙂

I just found out the other day that leggings are back. I didn’t realize. I don’t even think I’ve seen them in the stores. I’m not so sure I can do the leggings again. They didn’t look so hot on me the first time around.

I’m older than you and I bought some last year in the fall. I love them and I even wore them with a mini skirt. So, I am never too old to wear leggings. However, I saw a woman in town the other day. She was probably seventy and had on stirrup pants (remember the eighties stirrups). She was too old for stirrups. Or maybe not. Just the fact that stirrups went out 20 years ago. Oh well, to each his own. Your leggings look great. BTW, they will shrink when you wash them so they will be shorter and like capri leggings.

But I fear Clinton Kelly, my email buddy, would not approve of women over a “certain” age wearing leggings, regardless of physique. But the idea is great!

That is hilarious mama!!! You know, I went into one of those teeny bop stores a few weeks ago and tried some on. I had to go out and ask the young/skinny (never had kids and couldn’t understand why I had mine with me shopping) girl if they looked right.
Well, she didn’t convince me I did so I didn’t buy them! I mean my jelly belly was covered so that wasn’t it, I’m just not sure she thought I was hip enough to pull it off! Whatev 🙂
But, have you seen the stirrup pants and MC Hammer pants too??? What the heak are those fashion designers doing? That is a serious NEVER EVER again…never shoulda done that in the first place!
